Step-by-Step Mawa Cake Recipe
Step 1: Prepare the Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake tin with butter.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cardamom powder together.
Step 3: Cream Butter and Sugar
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 4: Add Mawa
Mix grated mawa into the butter mixture until smooth.
Step 5: Prepare Batter
Add eggs one at a time. Slowly fold in dry ingredients and milk. Mix gently.
Step 6: Bake
Pour batter into the cake tin and garnish with nuts. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.
