1. Paneer Tikka

Ingredients

  • 200g paneer cubes
  • 1 cup curd
  • Red chili powder
  • Turmeric
  • Garam masala
  • Capsicum and onion cubes

Method

Mix curd with spices and marinate paneer and vegetables for 30 minutes. Grill or air-fry until slightly charred. Serve hot with mint chutney.
